At 17Laureate, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Item is lost and never delivered
  • Wrong item was sent

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).

How to Submit a Claim To initiate a claim, contact us via WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue

Claims submitted without supporting evidence will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny claims where evidence is insufficient or inconsistent with the reported issue.

Non-Eligible Claims The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or user error
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
